Role Description This is a flexible volunteer role for a Non-Profit Volunteer Coordinator based in La Mesa, CA, with the opportunity to perform some tasks remotely. The Volunteer Coordinator will oversee recruitment, training, and management of volunteers, ensuring they are effectively matched with roles that support Friends of La Mesa Library initiatives. Regular responsibilities include organizing volunteer schedules, coordinating community outreach activities, and serving as the primary point of communication between prospective and active volunteers and the Friends of the La Mesa Library. This volunteer role also entails fostering a positive and collaborative environment for all participants.
